Manufacturing Process For Floor Tiles

1) Floor tiles: Inspect quality of cement, sand, and tiles → Testing and tile selection → Prepare tools and equipment → Base surface treatment → Establish elevation/levels → Tile layout → Apply bonding mortar → Lay tiles → Curing → Grouting → Inspection and acceptance;

2) Acid-resistant tiles (stone slabs): Inspect quality of polyurethane coating, epoxy mortar, and acid-resistant tiles → Prepare tools and equipment → Establish elevation/levels → Base surface treatment → Install polyurethane (or polyethylene-polypropylene composite membrane) isolation layer → Construct protective layer → Tile layout → Lay tiles → Grouting → Inspection and acceptance;

3) Wall and wainscot tiles: Inspect quality of cement, sand, and tiles → Testing and tile selection → Prepare tools and equipment → Base surface treatment → Establish elevation/levels → Tile layout → Apply bonding mortar and install tiles → Curing → Grouting → Inspection and acceptance.
