Material Requirements for Floor Tiles

Floor tiles: Varieties, specifications, and physical properties must comply with design requirements and relevant provisions of current national standards. They must feature uniform color, flat surfaces, and neat edges and corners, free from defects such as cracks, chipped edges, or broken corners. Product certificates of conformity and performance test reports must be provided.
Cement: Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, or slag cement with a strength grade of no less than 32.5. Mixing different varieties or grades of cement is strictly prohibited. Upon delivery, cement must be accompanied by a manufacturer's certificate of conformity and a test report, and samples must be taken for re-testing. Quality must comply with the current national standard "Portland Cement and Ordinary Portland Cement." If there is any doubt regarding quality, or if the cement has been stored for more than three months since leaving the factory, re-testing is mandatory prior to use, and usage must be based on the re-test results.
White cement: White Portland cement with a strength grade of no less than 32.5. Quality must comply with the current national standard GB 2015 "White Portland Cement."
Sand: Medium or coarse sand, passed through a 5mm sieve, with a silt/clay content of no more than 3%. Quality must comply with the current national standard JGJ 52–1992 "Standard of Quality and Inspection Methods for Sand Used in Ordinary Concrete."
Water: Potable water is preferred. If other water sources are used, the water quality must comply with the "Standard for Mixing Water for Concrete."
Bonding agent: Must be accompanied by a manufacturer's certificate of conformity and a test report.
