1. Installation of all embedded floor piping and conduits is complete, inspected, and approved, with all relevant formalities finalized; the base surface has been treated and cleaned.
2. Installation of all floor riser pipes is complete, and pipe penetrations have been tightly sealed with pea-gravel concrete. Door frames, other floor-mounted equipment, and embedded items have been installed and protected, and inspections of concealed works have been completed.
3. Horizontal reference lines (at +50 cm or +100 cm elevation) have been marked on interior walls and verified as correct.
4. Floor waterproofing, as well as ceiling and wall plastering, have been completed and inspected.
5. Sample installations of various types have been completed and approved in accordance with design requirements.
6. Tile layout designs have been prepared based on design requirements and actual site dimensions; detailed construction drawings have been produced and approved by the design, supervision, and construction units.
7. Material approval has been obtained, and samples selected by the design or construction unit have been sealed and retained.
8. Safety and technical briefings have been conducted for the installation personnel. Before large-scale installation begins, a mock-up room or sample area should be constructed and approved by the design, supervision, and construction units.
